Add-on modules

Switch on the operations you run.
Leave the rest off.

Nine modules that sit on the same customers, products and stock as your field team. Van routes, warehouse deliveries, a fleet, a factory, contract work, customer messaging, campaigns and a full set of books — each one a switch, not a second system.

  • Same web and mobile apps
  • Seats only for reps and drivers
  • Prerequisites added for you
  • Cancel at cycle end
One platform

Every module stands on the same core

Customers, products, stock and tax live once. Modules add workflows on top of them — never a second copy of your data.

Included with Van Sales

Pre-Orders, at no extra cost

Taking an order today for delivery tomorrow is part of selling from a van, so it ships with Van Sales rather than as a module. Delivery Management is the optional warehouse route on top.

See Van Sales
  • One order, two routes

A pre-order is a single document with its fulfilment set to the van or the warehouse. A tenant default and a per-order “deliver by” toggle choose the route.

  • Taken at the customer

Reps take pre-orders from the visit hub with a delivery date and items; the visit shows what is due today, overdue and upcoming.

  • Demand by date

Team leaders and the store see total quantities needed per day, so tomorrow’s load is right.

  • Delivered from the van

The invoice is cut at the customer with the credit check applied there. A short delivery needs the rep’s reason and closes only with a team leader or manager comment.

  • Missed pre-orders alert

Only a team leader or manager can reschedule or remove a missed pre-order, with a comment. A Pre-order Fulfilment report keeps score.

  • Delivery adds the warehouse route

Credit queue, packing, dispatch board, trips, proof of delivery and trip settlement — when an order should not go on the van.

In every plan

The core the modules stand on

None of this is gated. It is the product every OrbisField customer runs their field team on.

  • Live GPS and Live Map

Positions during working hours, day breakdowns and timelines for managers and team leaders.

  • Visits and check-ins

Sales, research and meeting visits, planned and unplanned, with geofenced check-in, photos, products and outcomes.

  • Targets

Manager → team leader → member target plans with pace tracking, prorated for absences and hand-overs.

  • Customer base and CRM

Customers, suppliers, contacts, BD and van-sales assignments, duplicate checks and claim requests before adding a customer.

  • Customer approvals and concerns

A customer is approved before billing; reps raise concerns from the visit, routed to the BD rep.

  • Near Find

Nearby prospects from Google around an anchor customer, saved into lead lists and converted in one tap.

  • Voice notes and meeting transcription

Dictated notes on the device, recorded meetings transcribed into the conversation.

  • Report Center

Standard reports, filterable, printable and shareable as PDF. Module reports appear when you hold the module.

  • Tax compliance core

Tax profile, tax codes, compliant invoice titles, locked issued documents, credit notes that reference their invoice, and e-invoicing pre-flight.

  • Support Center

Role-filtered manuals inside the web and mobile apps.

  • Roles and audit

Super Admin → Manager → Team Leader → Field, enforced server-side, with an immutable audit log.

  • Offline-first mobile

The field app keeps working without signal and syncs when it returns.

How buying works

Simple rules, no surprises

1

Pick them at sign-up, or later

Choose modules in the sign-up wizard, or switch one on from your dashboard any day. Prerequisites are added for you.

2

Seats only where a person sells or drives

Van Sales reps and Delivery drivers take seats. Store, Accounts, planners, operators and inspectors are always free.

3

Flat fees for the rest

Fleet, Manufacturing, WhatsApp, Marketing, Beat Planning, Accounting and Job Work are one monthly fee for the whole company.

4

One bill, one cycle

Modules bill on the same cycle as your package, the yearly discount applies to them too, and VAT is added at checkout.

Current prices for every module are on the pricing page.

FAQ

Module questions

  • No. Every package includes the full core product — live GPS, visits, targets, CRM, Report Center and tax compliance. Modules add heavier operational workflows when you run vans, deliveries, a fleet, a factory or a ledger.

  • Delivery needs Van Sales (invoicing, receivables and credit) and Fleet (the vehicles it dispatches). Beat Planning needs Van Sales, since beats run on the van-sales customer book. Everything else works on its own, and the sign-up wizard adds prerequisites automatically.

  • Inventory is a shared core service that switches on with Van Sales, Manufacturing or Job Work. One stock ledger, lots and expiry, receipts and adjustments — every module posts into the same place.

  • Pre-Orders ship free with Van Sales: reps take orders at the customer and deliver them from the van. Delivery Management adds the warehouse route for orders that should not travel on the van.

  • Yes, from your dashboard. You cannot drop a module another one depends on while that one is active, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
