Accounting
Books that write themselves from your operations.
Double-entry accounts on top of everything your team already does: every invoice, receipt, return, settlement, stock movement, batch and fuel log posts to the ledger automatically, tagged by van, rep, route and customer. Payables, banking, UAE VAT 201, IFRS statements, fixed assets, Corporate Tax and profitability — operated only by your Accounts users.
- Automatic posting
- Maker-checker journals
- Payables & banking
- VAT 201 & FTA audit file

- Profitability by van
How it runs, start to finish
Built for
- Distributors and manufacturers who want books without re-keying
- Finance teams that need VAT 201 built from the documents, not from the ledger
- Owners who want profit by van, route and customer, not just a total
- 1
The Super Admin sets up
Tax profile, chart of accounts, posting rules, financial calendar, cut-over date and who may do what. The Super Admin configures but never posts.
- 2
Operations post themselves
Sales, returns, receipts, settlements, stock movements, manufacturing and fuel become journals. Operations never wait on the books; anything that cannot post waits in a queue.
- 3
Purchases become bills
The goods receipt is the purchase. Accounts bill the receipt with a three-way match and pay the vendor.
- 4
Banking reconciles
Import statements, match them to entries, clear cheques into named bank accounts and sign off.
- 5
VAT is filed
The VAT 201 is built from the documents and reconciled to the ledger; filing locks the period’s tax.
- 6
Close the month, then the year
A close checklist, lock dates, provisions, the Corporate Tax worksheet and the year-end close.
What you get
Everything below is live in the product today.
Automatic posting
Invoices, credit notes, receipts, settlements, valued stock movements, manufacturing issues and pack-outs and verified fuel reimbursements post themselves.
Configure / operate split
The Super Admin configures; only users with the Accounts role, within their authority profile, post.
Authority profiles and maker-checker
Preparer and approver profiles with amount limits; journals need a second pair of eyes.
Chart of accounts and posting rules
Rules split by product category, customer type or both; periods, lock dates and a close checklist.
The goods receipt is the purchase
“Bill this receipt”, a three-way match with price tolerance and purchase price variance.
Payables
Vendors, purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, payments and AP aging.
Staff expense claims
Receipt photos from any staff member, reviewed by Accounts, posted by category.
Banking
Cash position, bank entries, statement import, matching, sign-off and cheque clearing into named banks.
VAT 201 and FTA Audit File
Built from the documents and reconciled to the VAT accounts, with bad-debt relief and a tax lock on filed periods.
IFRS statements
Profit and loss, balance sheet and indirect cash flow; fixed assets and depreciation; expected-credit-loss provision; Corporate Tax worksheet; year-end close.
Profitability
By van, load cycle, beat, trip, channel, customer, rep and project — with allocations, budgets and a 13-week cash forecast.
Dunning
Statements of account and reminders over WhatsApp and email, stepped by age.
Recurring documents
Recurring journals, bills and store invoices.

No. The documents they already create are what the ledger reads. The only extra fields are cost and VAT code on a goods receipt, and those can be completed later by Accounts.
The sale still goes through. The posting waits in a queue for Accounts to fix the rule or the account, and then posts.
No. E-invoicing is compliance core and comes with every plan. With Accounting, suppliers’ e-invoices also arrive as draft vendor bills.
