Four roles — structure your team your way
OrbisField supports a top-down hierarchy — Super Admin → Manager → Team Leader → Sales — enforced in the API middleware and at the database layer. Using the full chain is your choice: run Manager → Team Leader → Sales, or keep it flat with Manager → Members. Pricing is purely by number of users (the Super Admin is always free) — how you organise them never changes the price.
Super Admin
The person who signs up — owns the workspace.

Manager

Pricing questions
Pricing is simply by number of users. Each package is a flat monthly (or discounted annual) fee that includes a set number of users — the Super Admin is always free and never counted. Need more people? Add users at a flat monthly rate each. How you organise them (Manager → Team Leader → Field, or a flatter structure) is entirely up to you and never changes the price.
All payments are processed through Stripe Checkout, which supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express and (depending on your region) Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
No — every package includes the full core product. Add-ons are heavier operational workflows you opt into: Van Sales (sell and invoice from the vehicle, with Pre-Orders included), Delivery Management (pre-sold orders through packing, trips, proof of delivery and settlement), Fleet & Maintenance, Manufacturing, WhatsApp, Marketing, Beat Planning, Accounting and Job Work. Van Sales and Delivery are billed per seat; the others are flat monthly fees. Delivery needs Van Sales and Fleet, Beat Planning needs Van Sales, and the sign-up wizard adds the prerequisites for you.
Only a Van Sales rep (the selling hat) and a Delivery driver (the driver hat). Store In-Charge, Accounts, Delivery In-Charge, Fleet In-Charge, production operators, inspectors, marketing publishers and beat planners are all free. WhatsApp’s flat fee covers the company number; a rep who sends campaigns from their own number takes one Marketing seat.
You create your workspace in a 5-step wizard — plan, add-on modules, company, credentials and review. Once you submit, we provision your tenant and your Super Admin account, then redirect you to Stripe Checkout. The moment payment is confirmed, your workspace activates and you can log in.
No problem. Your account is created in a “pending payment” state and we email you a secure resume link valid for 7 days. Pick up exactly where you left off — no need to re-enter anything.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we generate a pro-rata invoice plus a credit note for the unused portion of your previous plan. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal and incur a small administration fee.
Yes — every payment generates a numbered, VAT-aware invoice (5% default VAT, configurable per platform). All invoices, credit notes and ledger entries live inside the Billing area of your dashboard.
