Delivery Management
Pre-sold orders, packed, dispatched and proven.
For distributors who pre-sell and deliver from the warehouse. Orders pass a credit gate, the store packs and the invoice cuts itself, the Delivery In-Charge builds trips, drivers prove each stop with a photo and collect at the door, and the trip settles in two steps like a van.

How it runs, start to finish
Built for
- Wholesalers and distributors delivering pre-sold orders by truck
- Van-sales companies adding a warehouse delivery route for large orders
- Operations with dedicated drivers who are not salespeople
- 1
An order is raised for the warehouse route
From a pre-order taken on the van or an order entered on the desk. A credit order outside its limit waits in the Accounts credit queue.
- 2
The store packs
Line by line, with a note on anything short. The invoice is created automatically from what was actually packed.
- 3
Trips are built
The Delivery In-Charge pulls packed orders, approved return pickups and samples from the ready pool and assigns a vehicle and a driver. Expired documents or an overlapping trip block the assignment.
- 4
Load and dispatch
The store issues the trip load, the driver confirms the count, and the trip is dispatched. The trip is cached on the phone from this moment.
- 5
Every stop is proven
Completed, partial or failed, with the receiver’s name and a photo. Doorstep collections apply to the stop’s invoice.
- 6
The trip settles
Only delivered quantities left the vehicle. The store verifies the returned stock, Accounts verifies the cash, and short deliveries are credited automatically.
What you get
Everything below is live in the product today.
Automatic credit gate
Cash orders confirm at once. Over-limit or on-hold credit orders wait in the Accounts credit queue with the limit and exposure shown.
Short-packing with a note
Pack what you have; the invoice is cut from what was packed, in its own delivery invoice series with the due date from the payment term.
Dispatch board
A ready pool of packed orders, approved return pickups and approved samples, built into trips by vehicle and driver.
Saved routes
Keep yesterday’s successful route and seed tomorrow’s trips from it.
Compliance-checked assignment
Expired registration or insurance, a missing driver hat, an expired licence or an overlapping trip blocks or warns before dispatch.
FEFO lot picking at trip load
First-expiry-first-out when the vehicle is loaded, so short-dated stock goes out first.
Proof of delivery
Receiver name plus a photo at each stop. Failed stops record a reason and can be rescheduled onto another trip.
Doorstep collections
Cash, cheque, transfer or card applied to the stop’s invoice; any excess stays on the customer’s account as credit.
Offline-tolerant driver app
The whole trip is on the phone at dispatch. Completions and payments queue and sync when the signal returns.
Return pickups & replacements
The store verifies the goods before any credit note is issued. A replacement hands over the new goods and collects the old on one stop.
Samples
Manager-approved samples ship on a delivery note with no invoice.
Live trip tracking
An “Active trips” filter on the Live Map, and a mid-trip driver change with a collected-cash confirmation.
Missed-delivery alerts
An order not delivered by its requested date alerts the customer’s BD rep, the team leader and the manager; rescheduling needs a comment.
Delivery analytics
On-time percentage, failed stops and reasons, by driver and by customer, plus an Order Fulfilment report.
Roles and seats
Your Super Admin switches the module on and decides who holds each duty. Only the roles marked “seat” count against what you buy — back-office duties are free.
Delivery Driver
SeatThe driver hat on a field executive, or the dedicated Driver role for staff who never sell. Executes the trip, proves stops and collects.
Delivery In-Charge
FreePlans dispatch, builds trips, assigns vehicles and drivers and watches the day. A dedicated back-office role.
Store In-Charge
FreePacks orders, issues trip loads and verifies returned stock at settlement.
Accounts
FreeWorks the credit queue and verifies the cash side of every trip settlement.

How Delivery Management connects
Every module shares the same customers, products and stock ledger, so switching one on never means re-entering data in another.
