Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an OrbisField workspace you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your organisation. If you don't agree, please don't sign up.
2. The service
OrbisField provides a hosted multi-tenant field-visit tracking platform via the web, the OrbisField mobile applications and any companion APIs we publish.
3. Account & roles
Each subscription comes with exactly one Super Admin who owns the workspace. Super Admins create Managers, Team Leaders and Sales reps. You are responsible for ensuring the people in your organisation have authority to use OrbisField on your behalf.
4. Billing & payment
Subscriptions are charged in advance through Stripe Checkout. Your account is created in a "pending payment" state until first payment lands; activation happens automatically when Stripe confirms payment.
Yearly plans are discounted; monthly plans renew automatically. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle and incur a small administration fee.
If we cannot collect payment after the configured retry window, your workspace enters a grace period before being suspended. Suspended tenants can be restored by settling the outstanding balance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use OrbisField to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or compromise the security or integrity of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this clause.
6. Data ownership
You own your organisation's data. OrbisField acts as the processor under a standard Data Processing Agreement. We will return or delete your data on termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, force majeure or third-party outages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify Super Admins by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
